Property and Recruitment now at YoBudget - Beat the Recession!

Today we've released our new and improved categories with an increased focus on the struggling property and recruitment areas.

You can now list and sell property on YoBudget, you can list your property until you sell it, and if you sell or meet the buyer through YoBudget there is just a small one-time fixed fee of £74.99 for the service - and befitting the YoBudget philosophy - if you don't sell, you don't pay a penny.

We've also introduced a recruitment service for our premium business members where they can post job vacancies and use our detailed profile system to find the right candidates, you need to be a premium member currently to access this service - but the pricing remains the same and we're just squeezing in more value for existing (and new) customers.

If you've recently posted jobs in old categories or are subscribed to track the old categories you don't need to do anything, we'll take care of moving you into the new categories and your jobs or job tracking will be updated over the next 24 hours.

Improve your YoBudget ranking and leads!

Following our launch success we thought we'd share a few tips with our members in order to promote their companies and get the most out of YoBudget.

Best of all, it can take as little as 15 minutes to boost your company position and prominence on our website.

Tip 1: Ensure you've written a brief profile & uploaded a company logo

By writing a brief profile on our site and uploading a profile image you'll find that you'll get 5 free reputation points in order to push your site up our ranking system, the profile and logo will also help convince future job posters to use your company should they choose to post a job within your area.

Tip 2: Be proactive!

We take most of the legwork out for you letting you know about relevent jobs via e-mail (or SMS) but it doesn't hurt to show additional interest in jobs by asking a few questions, just like in a job interview where the interviewer can be most impressed by your questions for them, a job poster may take you more seriously if you seem to ask relevent questions that show knowledge before bidding on a job.

Tip 3: Create connections

We've always had the connection feature but underplayed it in the past while we weren't as popular, but now it can be a really effective way for your company to find work - by creating a connection with companies or job posters that may have work for you in future you can make sure you always get invited to post on their jobs and vice-versa.

Tip 4: Make sure you're watching the right areas

Check that the categories you are watching are where your relevent jobs are being posted and be sure to include some 'tags' specific to your company, for example, if you are an SEO specialist make sure you include 'Search Engine Optimization, SEO, Searching, Web Rankings' as possible relevent tags, so if someone posts a web development job with a focus on SEO you'll be notified.

We hope these tips help you out and we look forward to your ongoing partnership!
